About HireRight HireRight is the premier global background screening and workforce solutions provider We bring clarity and confidence to vetting and hiring decisions through integrated tailored solutions driving a higher standard of accuracy in everything we do Combining in-house talent personalized services and proprietary technology we ensure the best candidate experience possible PBSA accredited and based in Nashville TN we offer expertise from our regional centers across 200 countries and territories in The Americas Europe Asia and the Middle East Our commitment to get it right every time everywhere makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide Overview We are seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer to develop and drive our automation processes Responsibilities Develop AI technologies that integrate with our human processes Use transfer learning to tune models to our use cases Meet regularly with our legal team and data governance personnel to ensure that our AI ML models adhere to the highest standards of fairness and privacy Manage data ingestion processes oversee labeling efforts and monitor data quality to support your own machine learning models Proactively identify model failure cases and identify new approaches for improving our machine learning models Continued education about the latest machine learning algorithms techniques and technologies Data science team members are strongly encouraged to take courses obtain professional certifications and attend industry conferences Stand up MVPs for web-based internal tools and external customer-facing features Develop APIs and or additional endpoints as necessary to power your frontend features Qualifications You have 4 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist deploying models in production at scale All applicants must have professional experience building and deploying AI ML based software to a cloud environment The successful candidate will have basic academic training self-taught or otherwise of the theory underlying neural architectures Proficiency in Python and python-based AI ML frameworks installing packages from PyPI and debugging common problems using online resources Ability to create large software projects that are organized well-structured thoughtfully documented and automatically tested Experience deploying machine learning models to production including monitoring alerting automatic bug filing and auditing Experience deploying docker Experience debugging and modifying forked libraries Working knowledge of deploying ML pipelines in GCP AWS or Azure Familiarity latest models coming out of academia and domain leaders Some familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI Applicants should have strong core coding skills passion for software quality improving the design development process and building highly available systems Experience with Object Oriented design OOP Experience with a Relational Database Management System Postgres SQL Oracle etc Modern development patterns and platforms Microservices Web Services REST What do we offer Please submit resume CV in English All resumes are held in confidence Only candidates whose profiles closely match requirements will be contacted during this search HireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies All unsolicited resumes will be considered the property of HireRight and HireRight will not be obligated to pay a placement fee
