Internal Audit Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our financial processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing audit plans for the financial year, including audit checklists and process flowcharts.
  • Conducting detailed analyses and audit reviews in line with the audit plan, and preparing draft reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Executing individual/group audits defined in the audit plan, ensuring the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicating with teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Engaging in opening and closing meetings with auditees to discuss audit scopes, findings, and action plans.
  • Ensuring audit reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit work papers.
  • Regularly interacting with the Reporting Manager to report the status of Internal Audit's ongoing activities, apprise the Reporting Manager of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention.
  • Being open to travel as per the requirement of audit.

Requirements:

  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
