Job Overview

  • As a seasoned software professional, you will be responsible for customizing and developing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other applications to meet business requirements.
  • You will design and build custom modules, workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
  • Closely work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide innovative Zoho-based solutions.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and integration tools.
  • Migrate, cleanse, and ensure data integrity across Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho applications for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution design, configurations, and customizations.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Zoho solutions with organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and customization.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and Deluge scripting.
  • Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party software and APIs.
  • Proficiency in REST API, JSON, XML, and webhooks.
  • Solid understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.
  • Experience with data migration, data management, and report/dashboard creation in Zoho.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional Zoho solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are a plus.
