Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Develop and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications as per business requirements.- Design and build custom modules, workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide innovative Zoho-based solutions.- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Zoho applications.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho applications for performance and scalability.- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configurations, and customizations.- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho solutions.- Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align Zoho solutions with organizational Skills & Qualifications :- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and customization.- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and Deluge scripting.- Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party software and APIs.- Proficiency in REST API, JSON, XML, and webhooks.- Solid understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.- Experience with data migration, data management, and report/dashboard creation in Zoho.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional Zoho solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience with project management and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are Qualifications :- Knowledge of other Zoho products like Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.- Experience in building scalable enterprise-grade applications on the Zoho platform.- Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools (ref:hirist.tech)
