Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications as per business requirements.

- Design and build custom modules, workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide innovative Zoho-based solutions.

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.

- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Zoho applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho applications for performance and scalability.

- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configurations, and customizations.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align Zoho solutions with organizational Skills & Qualifications :


- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and customization.

- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and Deluge scripting.

- Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party software and APIs.

- Proficiency in REST API, JSON, XML, and webhooks.

- Solid understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.

- Experience with data migration, data management, and report/dashboard creation in Zoho.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional Zoho solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with project management and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are Qualifications :


- Knowledge of other Zoho products like Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.

- Experience in building scalable enterprise-grade applications on the Zoho platform.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools
