Job Description

We seek a skilled professional to lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of financial systems.

  • System Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end deployments, upgrades, and enhancements; configure modules to align with business needs.
  • Leadership & Communication: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems, and implement best practices.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with external applications.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation: Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for system issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years' experience in implementing financial systems, with at least one complete cycle under their belt. They should possess strong business acumen and be able to think creatively to solve complex problems.

Benefits
