Job Title: Fusion Financial Consultant

This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, specifically in Fusion Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have led or supported end-to-end implementation of financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

A successful applicant will be able to configure financial modules based on client requirements using best practices.

  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for different phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

The selected candidate will also have the ability to work independently and in global delivery models, collaborating closely with project managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum one full-cycle financial implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
