We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and deployment of our software applications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software applications that meet the needs of our customers. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify product and technical requirements, conducting analysis to determine integration needs, and designing new software and web applications.

">

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development fundamentals and process, design, documentation, testing, and tools. They will also have experience with automated testing tools, modern RDBMS, and knowledge of major cloud technologies.

In addition to technical skills, the Technical Lead will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and onboard new Software Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Design and develop software applications that meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product and technical requirements.

  • Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.

  • Design new software and web applications.

  • Mentor and onboard new Software Engineers.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects.

  • Lead multiple features or components through the full software deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

  • 6-10 years of software development experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

  • Experience with tools and programming languages defined by Development Managers specific to their teams.

  • Strong knowledge in software development fundamentals and process, design, documentation, testing, and tools.

  • Expert level experience with automated testing tools.

  • Java, Python, Go, Rust, or Scala programming language proficiency.

  • Docker, Modern RDBMS, and Knowledge of major cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Kafka/event-driven design, Terraform, Modern Web UI Frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor), Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases.
