Warehouse Operations Manager">

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations effectively. The ideal candidate will supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and material issuance to production using SAP (S4 HANA). This role requires hands-on experience in warehouse procedures, documentation, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock audits. They must ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory methods to optimize stock management, and monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, and material issuance to production using SAP (S4 HANA).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory methods to optimize stock management.
  • Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal storage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a background in warehouse, purchase, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of lean inventory and warehouse optimization techniques.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with warehouse management software, particularly SAP, as well as MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of safety, 5S, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
