Technical Cloud Architect Role

This role involves providing advisory services to customers on their SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and guiding customers through the transition to a cloud-based SAP RISE Platform.

  • Design and implement cloud-based SAP solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on cloud-based SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities include reviewing Bill Of Material for accuracy, conducting technical assessments, performing workshops, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis, HANA, and S/4 HANA skills, as well as migration/upgrades and cloud experience (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).

Excellent communication skills are required to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Bill Of Material Review & Analysis

Review technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate product version build viability.

Provide feedback to Sales Team on Bill Of Material selection.

Do technical validation of customer landscape.

Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to confirm hardware selection/sizing.

Work closely with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be designs.

Sizing the to-be Landscape for Migrations.

Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature

Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer.

Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.

Perform workshops with customer.

Customer Deal Support – Post Signature

Onboarding Questionnaire Support for customers.

Answer questions relating to delivery.

Provide key information during sales cycle.

Provide turnover to delivery of key items.
