Senior SAP Security Consultant

As a seasoned SAP Security professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP security solutions across various landscapes. Your expertise will encompass the entire SAP ecosystem, including ECC, BW, HR, S/4HANA, Fiori, and GRC Access Control.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Security lifecycle upgrades involving SU25 and possess strong expertise in HANA User Administration and Role Management. Additionally, they should be proficient in troubleshooting HANA access issues, user tracing, and trace file analysis.
A strong background in Business Objects (BOBJ) user management and folder-level security is also essential. Knowledge of BODS security and repository changes, as well as proficiency in Fiori role design, build, and issue resolution, are highly valued.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control components, including Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Access Risk Analysis (ARA), is necessary. A solid understanding of SAP HR Security, including Structural Authorizations, HR Authorization Objects, and both direct and indirect role assignments, is also required.
The successful candidate will be capable of managing SAP security across development, QA, sandbox, training, and production systems. Basic understanding of SAP core ERP modules and architecture, including PP, MM, SD, and FI, is beneficial.
Experience with GRC Access Control functionalities such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management is desirable. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP Security and GRC Access Control issues is crucial.
Familiarity with audit compliance processes and experience working with internal/external audit and SOX compliance teams is an asset. The ability to customize SAP Access Control solutions and review existing or planned SAP GRC implementations is also essential.
Well-versed in segregation of duties (SoD) and GRC rule set concepts, the candidate should periodically review and revise security roles to align with evolving business requirements. Designing and implementing access management solutions for new applications and transitions to administrative teams is a key responsibility.
Preparing documentation for security processes, procedures, and audits is a critical task. Experience in ECC and S/4HANA role management, including master, derived, composite, and business roles, is highly valuable. Sound knowledge of BW security and portal administration is also desired.
