The primary purpose of an Industrial Designer is to transform ideas into tangible designs and products that balance functionality, aesthetics, and innovation.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will contribute to projects across various industries, including product development, sustainable agriculture technologies, and urban solutions.

Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements and align with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose creative, innovative, and feasible design solutions adhering to project objectives, customer requirements, sustainability standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable agriculture systems, urban infrastructure, and smart engineering solutions.
  • Prepare insightful design reports and presentations for management and clients.
