Job Role: Software Project Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, software development life cycles, and Agile methodologies.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • They will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy development.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with stakeholders to align product vision with customer needs.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle, prepare and present business requirement documents, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Development Project Management and Product Management.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Proven experience in writing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Technical background or understanding of software architecture is a plus.
