  • A minimum of 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including at least 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Oracle HFM solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective system configuration and performance tuning strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
