About this role:

We're on a mission to create a digital health platform that powers hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem.

This end-to-end healthcare experience includes Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration – all aligned with national health standards (FHIR, DPDP Act).

As a senior developer, you'll be part of our core team building scalable APIs and microservices that enable this experience. This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python.
  • Ability to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.

  • Initial 2-month training, followed by a 6-month renewable contract.
