Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online therapy sessions for individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.
  • Provide empathetic counseling support while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to strict ethical standards.
  • Update case notes after each consultation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied) from an accredited institution.
  • RCI registration (highly preferred).
  • 0–5 years of experience in clinical or counseling settings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in regional languages.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism are essential qualities for success in this role.
