Job Title: Senior Abinitio ETL Developer

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale ETL and data warehouse solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end ETL design and development for high-volume data warehouse applications.
  • Work with metadata-driven development using Ab Initio Query It and Metadata Hub.
  • Design logical and physical data models to support business use cases.
  • Achieve scalability, performance, and reliability in ETL pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements into data flows and system designs.
  • Collaborate on data quality frameworks, business rules validation, and source-to-target mappings.
  • Perform performance tuning, optimization, and high-volume data load management.
  • Maintain compliance, audit, and governance standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ETL developers.
Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Ab Initio ETL development.

- Strong expertise in data warehouse architecture and design techniques.

- Experience with parsing XML data via Ab Initio is a plus.

- Solid understanding of data flows, system design, and performance optimization.

- Ability to resolve complex problems using ETL solutions.

- Experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, and High-Volume Data Loads.

- Proficiency with Unix and Oracle is desired.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
