Job Title: Production Management Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Production Management function. This role requires a strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ITIL framework, DevOps principles, and SRE best practices. Experience in managing large-scale, business-critical applications in a complex IT environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Production Ownership: Own and manage the production environment of enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Application Engineering Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
  • Production Support & Incident Management: Lead 24x7 production support operations, defining SLAs, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Solutioning & Technical Leadership: Provide direction on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to align on priorities and ensure production readiness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role in production/application support.
  • Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, cloud environments, and automation (CI/CD pipelines).
