Leads multidisciplinary teams in the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for social infrastructure projects.

Responsible for managing feasibility studies, technical designs, and cost estimates to ensure DPRs meet government guidelines, codes, and donor-funded agency standards.

Oversight includes coordinating with engineers, social experts, environmental specialists, and economists to prepare inception, interim, draft, and final DPRs.

Liaises virtually with stakeholders, providing guidance on technical and managerial aspects of the project.

Requires expertise in DPRs for social infrastructure projects, leadership, planning, quality assurance skills, familiarity with government and donor-funded project frameworks, and excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Becoming a successful candidate involves experience in preparing DPRs, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with project regulations, and delivering high-quality reports.

In this role, you will also be expected to provide strategic direction, foster collaboration among team members, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
