Senior Functional Consultant - Field Service Management Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team as a Field Service Management Expert. This role will be at the forefront of IFS implementations, working closely with customers and solution architects on cutting-edge industry solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead functional consultants, align IFS software with Solution Design Documents, and configure IFS applications to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to create Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
  • Work with Technical Consultants to align IFS software with SDDs
  • Configure IFS applications to meet specific business needs
  • Lead functional consultants and assist them in achieving performance goals

To succeed in this role, you will need to advise and guide customers, listen to their needs, and offer suggestions for addressing them using best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience in all IFS application modules, including implementation experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving sales activities, including identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with clients on contract terms, scope, and pricing
  • Relevant certifications in IFS Cloud or related areas are advantageous
