We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Commis-oriental Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, including cutting ingredients, preparing mise-en-place, and cooking dishes to standard recipe cards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations in quality and presentation of food products
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks and maintain high standards of teamwork
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic cooking methods, including cutting and preparation of ingredients
  • Awareness of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and adherence to safety precautions
  • Knowledge of HACCP regulations and ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum primary school education
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Fluency in English language, with additional languages a plus
