About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Qlik Sense.
  • Create effective visualizations to communicate data insights.
  • Develop ETL processes using Qlik scripting.
  • Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and usability.

Requirements Gathering and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration and delivery.

Data Management and Integration:

  • Integrate Qlik Sense with various data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Implement data validation and quality assurance processes.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support for existing Qlik Sense dashboards.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and data-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Qlik Sense development.
  • Strong knowledge of Qlik Scripting and data modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience connecting Qlik Sense to various data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report distribution.
  • Knowledge of QlikView.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Qlik Sense certifications.
