Job Title:

Mobile Device Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to spearhead the establishment of a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, create Android Enterprise Accounts, and deploy MDM platforms compatible with Android.

About this Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take ownership of our mobile device management strategy and ensure seamless integration with internal Entra applications and tools for secure authentication and authorization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust MDM system, including policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune
  • Create Android Enterprise Accounts for app store management and control
  • Deploy MDM platforms compatible with Android for unified management
  • Develop streamlined device enrollment processes, including bulk and self-service options
  • Design and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources
  • Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools for secure authentication and authorization
  • Provide support and training resources for end users and IT staff
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud
  • Offer Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management issues
