Cellular Device Test Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities include Performing manual and automated testing of protocol, RF, and application-level functionalities. Leading and executing certification testing processes including carrier certifications (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). Designing and implementing automation test scripts and frameworks for cellular device testing. Conducting regression, stability, IOT (Interoperability Testing), and field testing using test tools and automation setups.

The ideal candidate will have Strong understanding of LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR (NSA/SA), VoLTE, VoNR technologies. Proficiency in using test tools such as Anritsu, Keysight, R&S, Spirent. Experience with automation testing frameworks and scripting languages (preferably Python).

  • Perform manual and automated testing of 4G/5G protocol, RF, and application-level functionalities.
  • Lead and execute certification testing processes including PTCRB, GCF, FCC, and carrier certifications (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
  • Design and implement automation test scripts and frameworks for cellular device testing (using Python or other scripting languages).
  • Conduct regression, stability, IOT (Interoperability Testing), and field testing using test tools and automation setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work on test automation frameworks for embedded/mobile device testing.
  • Experience working with major chipset vendors (Qualcomm, MediaTek).
