Job Title: Deputy Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced quality professional to join our team as a Deputy Quality Manager. As a key member of the quality department, you will be responsible for defining inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience working with EMS SMT/PCBA processes. You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the effective implementation of quality standards across the organization.

  1. Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance through data analysis and quality improvement actions.
  2. Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions and follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns.
  3. Submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving and handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; drive timely closure of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products.
  • Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards.
  • Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.
  • Collect and analyze quality data and organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.
  • Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.
  • Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits and drive timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as quality management or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  • Native English speaker or Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system and proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
