About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate hotel room and banquet sales.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Are self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
- Are proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
