Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced electrical design engineer to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical design and be able to independently design complex projects, applying professional knowledge and experienced judgment to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical distribution panels, lighting systems, and cable management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
  • Perform load estimation, voltage drop calculations, and short circuit calculations, using specialized software tools and techniques.
  • Develop ELV systems, including fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, and SCS systems, that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with software tools such as Dialux and Amtech to streamline project delivery and enhance quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with NEC, CPWD international codes, and practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop estimation skills for RFPs, enabling effective bid management and resource allocation.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical and management requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and driving success.
  • Mentor junior staff, guiding them in their career development and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, with a preference for Master's degree holders.
  • A minimum of 4-15 years of experience in consultant design and managing complex building services MEP Design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective liaison with international clients and contractors.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, and Navisworks, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive project efficiency and innovation.
