Senior Ad Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned paid media expert with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and cross-channel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants to own campaign execution, optimization, and tactical delivery on key accounts.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns across complex client accounts.
  • Develop technical proficiency with paid media platform nuances, creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization.
  • Work alongside consultants, translating strategic goals into executable campaign plans.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of deep paid media experience, primarily Facebook Ads, with exposure to Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and implement automation enhancements.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to explain technical performance details to stakeholders.
