Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee the financial management of our wind energy and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects. This critical role involves ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and control of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare detailed budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
  • Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Comply with applicable financial, tax, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and assist with audits, internal controls, and financial reviews.
  • Partner with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align financial objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a professional qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
  • Possess 7–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Display excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
