Assistant Manager Job Description

This role is focused on overseeing the execution of all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, project management, and vendor development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within real estate sector.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, rate analysis, and financial management practices.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
