Job Title

A Data-Driven Analyst Position

  • Lead client engagements across various sectors and problem statements.
  • Develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Owning key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assessing client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, delivering impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills.
  • Provides analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
  • Offers on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree with experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects.
  • Experience managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • The ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.
  • Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations.
  • Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS), building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
