Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Student Counselor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.

You will conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.

  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, including proactive cold calling
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking
  • Promote and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a proven track record in EdTech sales or inside sales, ideally in a B2C education-focused environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.

A strong interpersonal skill set, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, is essential.

Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow is required.
