Job Overview

  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring the company remains compliant with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working Capital & Capex Management:
    • Develop and implement effective working capital management strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
    • Manage capital expenditures to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize returns on investment.
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management:
    • Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure efficient operations.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Audit & Assurance:
    • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and address any findings or concerns.
    • Implement audit recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.
  • Costing & Profitability Management:
    • Develop and maintain accurate costing models to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
    • Analyze profitability metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets that align with business objectives and strategic plans.
    • Create realistic forecasts to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
