Product Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of the product development team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and creating innovative, user-friendly products that meet our customers' needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop design strategies.
  • Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within EdTech and learning platforms.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer/UI Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
