Digital Manufacturing System Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital manufacturing endeavors. As a Digital Manufacturing System Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end diagnostics across facilities and value chains, designing and delivering cost-reduction programs, and shaping Industry 4.0 roadmaps.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end diagnostics and establish baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritize value.
  • Design and deliver cost-reduction programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint).
  • Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics) and execute pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Develop business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/Board; drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
  • Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors) with attention to data, cyber and safety.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modeling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected.
