Agricultural Territory Producer

Key objectives include implementing field production strategies within assigned territories to ensure a reliable supply of commercial seed, upholding Corteva quality standards, and optimizing cost efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with organizers to identify suitable acreages and develop expansion plans for new seed production areas.
- Regularly supervise seed production fields, monitoring crop stages (pest, disease, pollination, harvest, post-harvest) to guarantee target yields and Corteva quality standards.
- Train and educate temporary field staff and growers on optimal agronomic practices.
- Assign and monitor daily work tasks to temporary field staff, maintaining accurate records of all operations.
- Support the conduct of parent tests and production research experiments for continuous productivity improvement.
- Coordinate with Regional Production Managers for timely disbursement of grower payments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Hybrid Seed Production.
- Technical knowledge of seed production activities and best management practices for concerned crops.
- Effective communication, interpersonal relations, and leadership skills.
