Job Title:

Senior Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and execution of the technical roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Building and scaling a lean engineering team by hiring and mentoring talent
  • Driving the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software products
  • Establishing best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and architecture
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution
  • Making technical decisions on architecture, tools, and platform design
  • Setting and tracking KPIs for velocity, quality, and reliability
  • Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience
  • At least 4+ years hands-on development experience
  • At least 2–3 years in engineering management (team building, delivery)
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent
  • Experience delivering SaaS products (cybersecurity, cloud, or compliance preferred)
  • Strong foundation in system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and scalable data modeling
  • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or similar cloud environments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
