Job Title: Data Science Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to spearhead our machine learning initiatives.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise in data science, along with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for machine learning projects
  • Leverage deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement predictive models
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance in model development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and neural networks
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing
