Job Description

A high-impact Data Scientist role awaits a talented individual who can leverage their expertise in machine learning and AI to drive business growth.

  • Model Development: Create and optimize sophisticated models for various business challenges, utilizing techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
  • Data Exploration & Feature Engineering: Transform and analyze structured and unstructured data, identifying key features that inform business decisions.
  • AI Integration: Design end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating models into production systems using APIs or deployment frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, domain experts, and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor model performance (e.g., RMSE, F1 score, ROC AUC), preparing technical documentation and reports.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML techniques (e.g., LLMs, transformers, reinforcement learning) and propose innovative applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning frameworks, Deep Learning, Data manipulation and visualization, Model deployment tools, cloud platforms, MLOps tools, large-scale data processing, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Nice to Have Experience in industry-specific AI applications, Contribution to open-source projects or ML competitions, Certifications in Data Science / AI from recognized platforms.
