Digital Transformation Project Lead

Job Description:

As a Digital Transformation Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and process improvement across the organization. This includes identifying strategic opportunities for digital transformation, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration between technical and functional aspects of projects.

Project Scope: Define project scope and manage scope deviations to ensure projects stay within defined boundaries.

Work closely with customers to gather and understand their requirements, translating them into actionable project plans. Design solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging the capabilities of our platform.

Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support requirements gathering, design, implementation, and solution delivery. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure proactive measures are taken to avoid disruptions and delays.

Contribute to refining and enhancing delivery methodologies, best practices, and tools within the professional services team. Share insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
