At the Koita Centre for Digital Transformation, we are committed to empowering nonprofits to amplify their impact with digital solutions.

The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and implementing key offerings of our centre, including ideation, research, program design, incubation, and pilot initiatives. This role will also involve identifying and building partnerships with individuals and organisations to scale our programs, as well as driving successful implementation within timelines.

The ideal candidate will have around 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in the social impact sector. They will be a seasoned leader with deep experience in strategy design, organisation setup, capability development, and delivering strong business outcomes.

The Associate Director will also be responsible for stakeholder management, including fostering robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaborations with institutional and/or individual leaders, and providing continuous support to business development initiatives.

In addition, this role will involve program operations and monitoring, including enabling seamless execution of programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver program contents and events, and designing and overseeing impact metrics for programs aligned to overall frameworks and objectives.

The successful candidate will be an empathetic and inclusive people leader with experience in recruiting and leading high-performance teams. They will have strong program and change management skills, be a proactive self-starter, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
