As a seasoned Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients. Your responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and other key decision-makers to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.

The Account Manager will oversee the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations. You will work closely with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.

In this role, you will understand the client's technology roadmap and business challenges to position our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively. You will also lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met while staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
