Lead QA Automation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver roadmap features of our Enterprise TruRisk Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive automation efforts to achieve maximum coverage.
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Design, implement, and document Big Data workflows, including ingestion, aggregation, ETL processing, and debugging.
  • Set up the Big Data platform and Hadoop ecosystem for testing.
  • Define test strategies and write test plans for data platform enhancements and new features/services.
  • Establish operating procedures, service monitors, and alerts, and work with our NOC team to implement them.
  • Perform system and performance testing of our data platform and applications.
  • Provide technical consultation in the design, development, and test effort of complex engineering projects.
  • Review product specifications and write test cases, develop test plans for assigned areas.
  • Identify issues and suggest possible solutions, and recreate complex customer and production reported issues to determine root cause and verify the fix.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in full-time testing and 4-6 years in hands-on automation as lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and building automation frameworks.
  • Experience with automating backend applications, integrating CI-CD pipelines, and working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Good debugging skills and knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Elastic is a plus.
