Job Summary

As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's human capital.

  • Oversee the upkeep of employee records within our HR Management System (HRMS).
  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive HR reports for management review, utilizing AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing company policies that foster a healthy work environment.
  • Resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize training and development programs to promote professional growth and advancement.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and cultivate a positive working culture.
  • Manage performance appraisals to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and tools, including HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including minimum 2000 employees.
  • Primary focus on HR MIS, with secondary responsibilities in HR Generalist activities.
