  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth collaboration and open communication.
  • Participate in quality benchmarking and snagging of completed works to ensure compliance with set standards and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in managing architectural projects, preferably in premium residential or hospitality sectors, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of productivity.
