Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Product Quality Assurance Specialist at Saku in Sector 37, Gurugram (6 days working). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our garments through effective quality control measures and processes.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines aligned with client requirements.
* Handle allocated factories to ensure smooth operations.
* Plan inspections, manage production process controls, and collaborate closely with merchant teams for timely approvals.
* Use clothing size charts for dimensions measurements to maintain product integrity and implement Brand-specific SOPs in the factory.
* Conduct Fabric Physical Testing (FPT) and Garment Physical Testing (GPT) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
* Conduct audits of each batch of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with partner garment factories to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
* Provide feedback and guidance to production teams to improve quality control processes and techniques.
* Identify and escalate quality-related issues to management for timely resolution.
* Work closely with the production and design teams to develop new products and ensure quality standards are met from concept to production.
* Travel extensively to partner garment factories to conduct audits and ensure quality control standards are met.

Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills.
* Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Previous experience in the Indian retail garment / Export house is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of Inspection Procedures like Size Set, PPM, Line walk, Initial, Midline, and final Inspections, and packing.
* Well-versed with Raw material quality and Inspection.
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and quality standards.
* Quality Auditing expertise.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary Estimate: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
