Our team is seeking a seasoned Facebook Ads Specialist to drive campaign success and elevate our digital marketing efforts.

Job Description

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with the goal of achieving high returns on ad spend (ROAS). This involves analyzing customer actions, planning A/B testing across various campaign elements, and monitoring performance metrics such as conversions, leads, app installs, and video views. You will also be expected to build a data-driven campaign structure, combining your expertise with the team's content and design capabilities to achieve optimal conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to achieve high ROAS
  • Analyzing customer actions and developing targeted strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Planning and executing A/B testing across campaign elements to optimize results
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to inform campaign decisions
  • Building a data-driven campaign structure to achieve optimal conversion rates
Required Skills and Qualifications
