Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving advanced analytics solutions for enterprise clients using TIBCO Spotfire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Engage with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Implement data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting and automation services.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  • Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
