**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and adoption.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Lead pilots and participate in results presentations to demonstrate value and achieve sales goals.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
