Business Analytics Leader

The position of Business Analytics Leader entails overseeing a team of analysts and MIS professionals, setting objectives and providing guidance to drive business expansion.

Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing an analytics strategy, supervising data collection and analysis from multiple sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and create dashboards and reports.

Strong leadership and management capabilities are required, along with experience with data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. Proficiency in automation programming languages such as Python, Ruby, and Java is also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science is mandatory, with at least 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics or a related field. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is mandatory.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Set goals and provide guidance to a team of analysts and MIS professionals to drive business growth.
  • Create and Execute an Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement an analytics and MIS strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Supervise Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and systems for efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.
  • Communicate Complex Analytical Findings: Present complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
