Job Title: Student Admission Officer

Role Summary:

The Student Admission Officer plays a critical role in delivering fast turnaround times, application processing, compliance, and credibility checks to various stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Data Management & Integrity:

The post requires the holder to undertake wide-ranging duties and responsibilities to assist the university in delivering a high-quality service. These duties include:

  • Manage admissions data, ensuring integrity and accuracy
  • Evaluate academic and English credentials for international student admissions
  • Verify authenticity of documents and contact applicants for pending documentation
  • Process applications, transcripts, and other required documents

Administrative Support:

  • Support the admissions team with pre-arrival registrations
  • Coordinate with students for timely arrival and review mailbox documentation daily
  • Respond to email inquiries and participate in weekly staff meetings

General Information:

Role holders are expected to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. This is a full-time role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills.
